Coming up A320 from Guildford in direction Woking the road becomes Egley road, turn right at ‘Mayford roundabout’ into Guildford road, (don’t get confused earlier part of A320 is Guildford road too) on the left you will see the Drumming Snipe ( NB this is not the On Inn Pub) .
Park on other side of road to Drumming Snipe or at the mini roundabout ahead go right (still Guildford Road) and park on the right along this road. (What 3 words: award.talent.host) or go left at mini roundabout onto Westfield Rd and park along this road.
We will circle on the left (if coming from roundabout), just before Drumming Snipe - bit of green and a bench.
Location of the ON INN pub: ‘The Bird in Hand’. If you had gone straight across roundabout on the A320 you will find that pub a few yards further on. Address: Egley Rd Woking GU22 0NL. Telephone no. 01483747374. Web link above.
Please do not use Drumming Snipe or Bird in Hand car parks. You can move your car to Bird in Hand after hash if wish.
The Bird in Hand is very good food so very popular so if you wish to eat, please book a table for yourself well in advance ie now. They will set aside an area to right of bar for the rest of us.
