From Leatherhead – through Great Bookham on the A246, after Groveside Road and then Dobbes Garden Centre on left. turn right into Rectory Lane. Straight over mini roundabout into Little Bookham Street. Continue 3 km to “Bookham Tunnel Car Park” (just past the station).
From Guildford – On A246; 2km past Effingham traffic lights; Turn left into Rectory Lane, then as above.
Regarding parking I quote the hare:
“This is a PayByPhone National Trust car park and there is no machine, so parkees either need the app on their phone or to park on a nearby public road.
There is alternative parking outside the railway station, a short walk to the hash. This needs the RingGo app (and no sight of a machine but may be able to pay via the Rail ticket machine). Unless it’s free on a Sunday but I can’t find that info on the RingGo website.”
